Austrian Metal Art
Artist: Hiyoshi Katayama

Inspired by the beauty of the Austrian traditional craft "Klosterarbeiten," the artist creates unique designs that express the gentleness, charm, and strength of nature and animals, utilizing the delicate texture of coiled wire.

Each original design, crafted from the artist's unique perspective, becomes a "wearable piece of art."
Not only can these pieces be worn as accessories, but they can also be displayed as elegant interior decorations.

With their sophisticated, gender-neutral designs, these pieces enhance the individuality of the wearer.
The wires used are coated with pure gold and silver, allowing the artwork to develop an exquisite antique patina over time.

"May these creations bring a touch of richness to your everyday life."
Each piece is carefully handcrafted with this heartfelt wish.

Product Introduction|Gecko Brooch (Malachite)

This Gecko brooch is one of the artist’s signature pieces.
In Japan, geckos are believed to bring good fortune as they protect homes from pests. That’s why they are called "Yamori" (House Guardian).

The eyes and feet of this gecko are decorated with natural malachite.
Malachite is a beautiful gemstone with deep green hues and striking banded patterns, also known as "Peacock Stone" in Japanese.

Throughout history, malachite has been treasured as a protective talisman, believed to ward off negative energy and evil spirits.
